Strategic Trade Partnership

Governed
Trade Systems

Ashbourne Enterprises provides the governance and pre-trade framework for cross-boder execution, in partnership with Shenzhen Wings.

The Structural Problem

Most cross-border sourcing is informal, relying on WhatsApp pricing and zero commitment. Brokers push volume over correctness, resulting in wasted time and zero accountability.

“We separate the sourcing process into paid, defined stages. Buyers pay for work done, not for promises.”

We get paid for corretness, not desperation.

Execution Framework

Six stages of governed trade

01

Buyer Qualification

We do not work with everyone. Buyers are screened for seriousness, product clarity, volume intent, and compliance reality. This protects factories and keeps the system clean.

02

Audit Pack

We translate vague intent into a concrete blueprint. We identify capable factories, validate production ability, and document materials, MOQs, and lead times without sharing identity prematurely.

03

Governed Access

Visits are prepaid and structured. We do not arrange sightseeing. We design factory routes, provide translation, apply QA checklists on-site, and record observations with detailed reports.

04

Sample Control

Samples move only through us. We verify them against agreed specifications, document them with photos and videos, and ship them with traceability to prevent factory shopping or spec drift.

05

Execution Control

When proceeding, we transact as the supplier-of-record. Pricing is final, responsibility sits with us, and we manage production follow-up and pre-shipment inspections group-wide.

06

Operational Closure

We deliver complete shipping documents, inspection proof, and after-shipment support within a defined window. There are no gaps in accountability after final payment.

Economics of Trust

Upfront Process Fee

We charge for defined sourcing work (Audit, Visit, Sample packs). This covers time, expertise, and factory access. Fees may be credited back against large orders, but the process cost remains fixed to ensure objectivity.

Downstream Margin

We earn margin as part of the shipment price when we execute as supplier-of-record. No surprise commissions or side deals. Responsibility sits
